Introduction to Sociology,
Social Problems, Marriage and
Family, Race and Ethnic Groups,
and a course that examines the
problems of global consumer
culture. He has published
articles on race and ethnic
relations, service learning, and
the role of artificial
intelligence in shaping social
interactions. Professor Nofz
finds teaching to be challenging
but also fun, and enjoys hearing
success stories from former
students.
Mike's wife, Linda, is
director of a small city
library. They have a son, Noah,
who is currently at the Queen's
University International Study
Centre in East Sussex, England.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys
taking the dog on long walks,
and getting away from the
high-tech world by carving wood,
using only hand tools. |
