Dean's Message
Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac!
The University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac is part of a large educational system with extensive resources and services offered to you in a small campus liberal arts environment. You may expect regular contact with faculty in a University system recognized around the world for its quality and integrity. When you choose UW-Fond du Lac you will have chosen well.
Here are a few of the reasons why UW-Fond du Lac is an excellent choice to begin or continue your college career:
- We are the local access point to the highly regarded University of Wisconsin education system, characterized by personal attention from faculty and staff. Credits earned at UW-Fond du Lac are
guaranteed to transfer to other UW campuses. Our students have been shown to be as successful in completion of a four year UW degree as those beginning at four year UW campuses.
- Flexible scheduling of courses (including evening), a full selection of transfer curricula as well as
several
bachelor's degree completion programs
available from our sister UW
institutions.
- Finally, the exceptional facilities available to you include a newly renovated science building equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a library with electronic access to all of the UW libraries in the State, new classrooms and a new Student Commons. Growing and enthusiastic student organizations are planning activities on campus and can benefit from your participation.
- If you have any questions, please call 920-929-3606 and we will be glad to help you. I will personally look forward to welcoming you to our campus should you choose to visit.
